Basic Custom Calling Features


  • CALL FORWARD - Now when you are away from your home, your calls can be automatically sent to you. With Call Forward, there is no need to leave messages about where you are or reveal any forwarding numbers. - $1.50/month
     
  • CALL FORWARD ON BUSY - Now calls can be forwarded to another number if you are already on another call. - $1.50/month
     
  • CALL FORWARD DON'T ANSWER - Now calls can be forwarded if you are away or simply don't answer the phone. - $1.50/month
     
  • CALL WAITING - Now while talking on the phone you won't miss another call. With Call Waiting, a special tone alerts you to an incoming call when you are on the phone; the caller hears only a normal ring. You can place your current call on temporary hold and answer the new call. - $1.50/month
     
  • THREE-WAY CALLING - Now you can make your plans in one call, rather than three or four. With Three-Way Calling, you can get everybody on the phone at the same time. - $1.50/month
     
  • SPEED CALLING - Now you can reach those you call frequently, whether locally or long-distance, by dialing only one or two digits. With Speed Calling, you program your phone to dial a complete number in response to a one- or two-digit code dialed by you. It's especially useful for emergency assistance numbers, when time is critical. You can select either a short list of eight numbers or a long list of 30 numbers. - $1.50/month
     
  • TEEN SERVICE - Now you know who the call is for before you answer the phone. With Teen Service, you can have two telephone numbers assigned to the same line. With this feature, your phone can monitor a busy line for up to 30 minutes and alert you with a distinctive ring the moment the line is free. Maintenance Plan


For a small monthly fee, this plan allows Central Oklahoma Telephone Co. to repair or replace any non-working wiring or jacks at no additional charge, provided the wiring and the jacks were up to company standards when you requested the plan. The plan also provides for a loaner phone in the event that your phone is not working. This phone is provided without cost for 45 days. At that time, if the phone has not been returned to us, either by mail or in person, your account will be charged with the current cost of the phone. Billing for the maintenance plan is in advance upon our receipt of a signed maintenance plan card.

The Customer Maintenance Plan Cost is $2.00/month for residential accounts and $2.50/month for business accounts.
